Hello! My name is Kanti Kumar. I am a non-profit entrepreneur with a mission to bring the best books to children living in underprivileged communities. My partners and I believe that the right book in the hands of a young reader can change their life. Discovering the pleasure of reading and being inspired by books can open up a world of possibilities for underprivileged children.
I have over 35 years of experience, having worked as a journalist and then as a UN communicator in print, television, digital and social media. My professional experience spans small and local to large and global organisations in private, non-profit and public sectors.
I have lived and worked in multicultural environments and am fascinated by the intercultural phenomena, especially in business environments. I take special interest in management and leadership issues for global organisations.
